WHG is one of the West Midlands’ leading and most successful providers of good quality homes. They own and manage around 21,000 properties across the Midlands, providing affordable, good quality homes and community-based services to the region.
WHG sought support from networx to advertise one of their more niche roles; Human Centred Designer. They were looking for someone with experience in Human Centred Design, which is a fairly new concept or a design graduate that would be interested to progress within this area.
Alongside their core system usage, networx managed a social media campaign on Facebook for this role. Various campaigns including adverts and video were used for this role to specifically target graduates as well as those already working in design. A budget was allocated per campaign, in order to manipulate the spend and audience of the campaigns to suit the requirements of WHG.
Different tools were utilised on Facebook to achieve the link clicks, reach and impressions of each campaign. This included video adverts, role boosts and sponsorship of adverts which amplifies the reach of content to appear to a wider range of targeted audiences.
The campaigns used for this role have been very successful with an impressive impact by creating vast amounts of exposure across the 3 campaigns, with reach metrics totalling 107,425.Back to all clients
