Despite the challenging year across the recruitment sector, networx have been on hand supporting organisations nationwide over the last 12 months. From volume recruitment for key workers, to delivering strategy sessions with talent specialists to prepare for the post- pandemic climate; it has been a busy year with clear growth in the pipeline as they enter 2021.

In 2020, the Best Companies award winner secured multiple recruits in marketing and three recent graduates in IT, strengthening the new business and in-house development arms of the business. With Darren Nuttall taking the lead as Product Director, 2020 has seen networx go from strength to strength in innovating internal workflows and streamlining the product lifecycle process, uniting departments and ensuring all key stakeholders feed into the product roadmap.

With greater in-house capability, networx are pioneering further product innovation across their product development portfolio in 2021. This is supported by the newly promoted Head of Technical Operations, Tom Wyatt and his team. Recent releases include the new Client Hub and Candidate Portal, delivering a first-class digital support experience. 

Capitalising on the momentum, many team members further used 2020 as a platform for professional development. To name a few, we have a newly Prince 2 qualified Project Manager, Sarah Luty, Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud Certificate holder, for Rebecca Robson in Marketing, and the Implementations and Accounts teams have received a range of technical upskilling workshops delivered by in-house trainer and networx software specialist, Rob Baker.
