From industry influencers to 8th grade pianists, from marathon runners to expert cake makers our employee spotlight is designed to shine a light of just a few of the talented individuals who work at networx.
This month we had the opportunity to sit down with one our Sales Team, Marco Ingrasci who is a Senior CRM ( Client Relations Manager) and asked him the following questions:
How long have you worked at networx?
I joined networx just over 8 years ago and I’m currently a Senior CRM in the Sales Team. It’s true what they say that time flies when you are having fun!
What does your job entail?
As a senior CRM, it’s my job to identify new business opportunities and manage my accounts. Therefore I split my time between new business sales and account management. I am the dedicated point of contact for my clients throughout the full life cycle. From initial contact, throughout the build with the projects team to go live and beyond , it’s my responsibility to keep in touch with the client. I am obviously supported by a great team too though !
What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far in your role as a Senior CRM?
It’s not personal, just business! Learn from your mistakes, always be learning and improve your skills in every part of your life. The recruitment market is a very fast paced ever changing industry so you need to be agile and adapt to these changes quickly.
If you stick to doing the same thing and expect a different outcome, you will learn very quickly how difficult it is to recruit!
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I am a Grade 8 pianist! From the age of 8 I started to learn the piano and went on to take all my exams and also teached while studying to earn a little cash on the side. I don’t play as much as I used to due to time but when I do, I prefer the classics which is what I trained in.
Where’s your favorite place in the world?
Anywhere I can relax and have fun with my family. I have never believed it is the place but the people you are with that makes it special or a favorite place.
However if I had to choose one place it would have to be Brighton. Such an amazing place to be with a great vibe and lots of different things to do and places to eat especially being Vegan, you are spoilt for choice!
If it gets a little too busy then Hove is more family friendly.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
The power to read minds! Over the years this would have saved me a LOT of time in meetings!
The continued success of networx is a direct result of the people we employ and every member of the team plays an integral part in our ability to deliver innovative and market leading recruitment solutions.
Together we are #teamnetworx.
