Established in 1941, Brunelcare is an award winning Bristol based charity providing high quality housing, care and support for older people in the South West.
Brunelcare sought support from networx to improve overall efficiency and visibility of their whole recruitment process. With a 12 page paper based application form and no centralised platform to manage applications, Brunelcare seeked an online recruitment solution which matched their standard recruitment process and gave access to a pool of candidates.
In order to fully understand the requirements, networx supported Brunelcare with the migration at every step and defined the tools used to fit their current processes. networx designed an online experience that matched the requirements of Brunelcare, which introduced consistency and clarity across all sites, whilst improving GDPR compliance.
Brunelcare have transformed their whole recruitment process with access to a bigger talent pool than they had before, whilst still having the opportunity to successfully advertise their job vacancies. The time it takes for admin duties has been drastically reduced from posting adverts to producing offer letters to onboarding candidates.
The onboarding process of candidates was also an important factor in the requirements for Brunelcare. The new solution provided by networx, enables a quicker and smoother onboarding process for all applicants. This process further ensures clear start information to the HR department. Overall, networx has provided support to improve the whole recruitment process.
