The Alliance Automotive Group was founded in 1998. Initially a network of 2 branches distributing vehicle components, the business has now grown to over 200 locations nationwide, servicing the automotive aftermarket with parts and accessories.
As a large group, spanning five individual entities that had grown organically, Alliance Automotive’s talent team were looking for an applicant tracking system to unify processes and centralise the management and control of recruitment activity. The implementation of networx ATS has helped Alliance Automotive to reduce agency reliance and expenditure, and also save time throughout the entire recruitment process, with the introduction of automation. The system continues to evolve alongside the requirements of Alliance Automotive and remains flexible and intuitive for users.
